Mr. Rezart Prifti holds a PhD from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, where he is a Lecturer of Innovation, Business Administration and Strategic Management since 2012. His has focused his research on new models of innovation; innovation in SMEs, innovation determinants, role of government, measuring innovation and in the history of economic crises and more. Mr. Prifti received a B.A. degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a M.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow School of Economics. He is further trained in commercial negotiations and interpersonal skills. Mr. Prifti is the founder of the “Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation”, a non-profit organization working toward improvement of education and improvement and also the co-founder of Customeyes.me Ltd., a private practice offering a wide variety of software solutions from mobile applications to business ERP. Given his active engagement with the youth, within the Faculty of Economy he has set up an innovative initiative resembling start-up incubators, aiming to seed innovative culture among the youth.

Mr. Prifti has collaborated with various international organizations and programs as a Project Manager and expert in areas of ICT, entrepreneurship, start-ups, innovation, and water supply. He is the author of several papers published in national and international journals, distinguished key speaker in innovation and commerce conferences, coach and project writer.
