Maksim is a Partner of Deloitte Central Europe responsible for the business of Deloitte in Albania and Kosova where he serves as Country Leader. He has 24 years of experience with Deloitte in providing high quality professional service to many clients, both major international and domestic enterprises. Between 2004-2011 Maksim served as the Office Managing Partner for Deloitte Balkan and under his leadership the entrepreneur Deloitte’s business activity in these countries quadruple. In addition, Maksim worked multiple years with Deloitte UK in the financial advisory services during which he advised a large number of multinational firms. 

Maksim has a good understanding of business environment in Albania serving different size of clients in different industries such as Financial, Energy, Transport and Infrastructure etc.

Maksim holds a Master of Science Degree in International Marketing and Strategy from Norwegian School of Management  and completed several Executive Education Programmes at Harvard Business School, London Business School, University of Virginia, Thomson Financial, etc. He graduated with a Gold Medal from Polytechnic University of Tirana with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
