The key professional activities covers the areas of strategic legal expertise, applied research and capacity building, regard the energy policies and legal framework of the EU and Albania, focused on industry and interest groups, international institutions and public authorities, with particular emphasis on promotion of issues related to the sustainable development of the Albanian energy market in the framework of regional integration of the Western Balkans.

The academic education and qualification have taken place entirely in Italy, and apart in Germany, France, etc. Following of which it has worked as researcher, professor and trainer at national and international environments and engaged as legal adviser and a consultant for international and local companies as well as public authorities. Activities accompanied with a publication of an extensively bibliography on EU and Albania law implementation, focused on policy field and energy law.
