Enio Jaco
Enio Jaco is a former banking executive turned economic development entrepreneur with 19 years of international and regional experience. Currently, Enio is the President of American Chamber of Commerce, a business association with 210 members and over $5 Billion in annual turnover. He is the founder and CEO of CBS, Creative Business Solutions, a leading economic development firm with main clients USAID, European Union, World Bank and EBRD. During his leadership, CBS grew from a single employee start-up, into a 40-person consulting firm with over $1 Mill in annual revenue. CBS’ projects generated $60 Million of new investments and over 2,500 new jobs for Albanian enterprises.
Previously, Enio worked as a senior International Advisor with DAI, a global development firm based in Washington, D.C. He served for 2 years in Afghanistan where he led ADF, a $100M development fund for establishment of country’s Agriculture Bank. Earlier, he lived for 12 years in New York, where he worked for global banks such JPMorgan Chase and American Express.
Enio was Vice President of JPMorgan Chase, responsible for consumer risk policies. He holds a Master’s Degree on Engineering Management from Cornell University and B.S. from Polytechnic University of Tirana.
