Assoc Prof. Dr. (PhD Uni Graz) Endri PAPAJORGJI has an expertise of over 13 years. Prof. Endri Papajorgji has graduated (Bachelor-Master-PhD) in Law at the "Karl Franzens Universität Graz", Austria in 2013 and has received the academic title of “Associate Professor” from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in May 2015. He was elected “Dean of the Law Faculty of Tirana Business University” since 2014 and Vice Rector since 2015. He has conducted scientific research at the University of Graz, Maribor, Vienna, Leuven, Salzburg, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Munich, Regensburg, Skopje, Tetovo, Pristina, etc. and at the EU Central institutions in Brussels and Luxembourg. He has published more than 100 articles in international scientific journals and book proceedings, 8 books, 2 monographs published in Germany, and 6 books in Albania.  He has worked as a lawyer and consultant in several international and Albanian law offices (Vienna, Graz, Tirana), as well as a lecturer at the University of Tirana, "Karl Franzens Universität Graz", Staffordshire University etc. He is a Member of the Albanian National Lawyers Chamber, Member of the Albanian National Mediators Chamber,  Member of the Researchers of University of Graz, Member of the Alumni Network Uni Graz, Editor in chief of the international scientific journal  “Balkan Journal of Interdisciplinary studies” (BJIR) etc.
